The Sylvester sisters
These are the daughters of Allen Sylvester (1825-1900) and Elvira Prather (1830-1864) who were married in Clark Co., Ind., and later moved to Adams Co., Ill. Clockwise, from upper left, Laura Ann (1858-1911), married John Richard Begley; Mary Frances (1854-1922), married Commadore Perry Henderson; Margaret Emily "Maggie", (1852-1919), married John Wesley Rist; Edna Arabella 1(857-1919), married Mr. Crum; Sarah Angie (1850-1936), married Mr. Knight.Return to the Family Photo Gallery
